We have three different delivery options for you to chose from Curbside, In-Door Delivery, and White Glove Delivery (In-Door Delivery and Assembly). The information below will help you make an informed decision on which option is best for you.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Curbside Delivery (FREE)

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH FREE SHIPPING?
(CURBSIDE DELIVERY)

Expected Shipping Time:
7-14 Business Days

Assembly Required*:
There is some slight assembly required. This usually consists of attaching air hoses, the arms, and ottoman. This is pretty simple as long as you can follow instructions. Installation takes about 30-90 min depending on the massage chair.

Delivered to Carport or Entryway:
You will be responsible for getting your massage chair into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy you may require assistance from a friend or family member.

NOTE:
If you live on the second story or higher we highly recommend White Glove Delivery (In-door Delivery + Assembly). With Curbside and standard In-Door Delivery options, your massage chair will not be brought upstairs for you.

In-Door Delivery (+$199)

Delivered to Inside your Residence or Business:
Your massage chair will cross the threshold of your home and be placed inside your doorway. It will not be left outside, and you would not have to bring the item into your home.

NOTE:
If you live on the second story or higher we highly recommend White Glove Delivery. With Curbside and In-Door Delivery options your massage chair will not be brought upstairs for you.

In-Door Delivery + Assembly (+$349 or more)

Sit back and get ready to relax, we’ll get your massage chair all set up for your first blissful massage.

Concierge Delivery Service**:
We’ll coordinate a delivery time that is convenient for you *We recommend you keep the packaging for you massage chair in case you need to return it. Returns will only be accepted in original packaging.

**IMPORTANT: FOR APARTMENTS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OR HIGHER WITH NO ELEVATOR ACCESS, THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $150 PER FLOOR**
